Mini Pizzas
Ingredients:
1-2 pkgs biscuits
pizza sauce
Toppings such as:
mozzarella cheese
cheddar cheese
pepperoni
5 ham slices (squared)
1 can sliced olives
1 can pineapple (if desired)
etc.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place biscuits on greased cookie sheet. Flatten each biscuit with your hand. Then add pizza sauce to each one. Add toppings of your choice. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

French Bread Pizza

1 loaf french bread
pizza sauce
Any desired toppings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the french bread horizontally and flip the slices so the inside of the bread is facing up. Put sauce and desired toppings on the slices. Cook on a cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Bubble Pizza

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 jar pizza sauce
2 tubes refrigerator biscuits
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Brown the beef in a skillet and drain. Stir pizza sauce into browned hamburger and simmer until heated through. Quarter the biscuits and place in a 9x13 in greased baking dish. Top with beef mixture. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses and bake 5-10 more minutes.
***FACT: Mozzarella cheese is a good source of phosphorus. Phosphorus is an essential component of bones and teeth. Most of the phosphorus in the body is bound with calcium. Phosphorus is also required to activate the B-complex vitamins.

1 cup milk
2 cans (8 oz) pizza sauce (2 cups)
1 package (8 oz) sliced pepperoni
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9x13 in glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and milk until soft dough forms. Drop half of dough by spoonfuls evenly over bottom of baking dish (dough will not completely cover bottom of the dish). Drizzle 1 can pizza sauce over dough. Scatter half of the pepperoni over sauce. Top with 1 cup of the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
***FACT: If you'd like to make the pizza more nutritious, you can substitute regular pepperoni or turkey pepperoni. You can also use low fat cheese products.
